Founder & CEO – Samthu FPO
Passion for agriculture, deep rural connection, and global perspective — these define Mr. Amardeep Kumar, the visionary CEO of Samthu Farmers Producer Company Limited (Samthu FPO).
An MBA by education with over 15 years of corporate experience in India and overseas, Mr. Kumar has worked with reputed multinational organizations, gaining deep insights into global business practices, agri-value chains, and sustainable development models.
Despite his successful corporate career, his heart always remained close to the soil of Bihar. He chose to return home and dedicate his knowledge, skills, and global exposure to transforming the lives of Indian farmers — especially those in remote and underdeveloped regions.
