In the small village of Samthu, in Samastipur district, farming was once just a means of survival.
Farmers worked tirelessly, yet their earnings were meager.
There was no access to modern knowledge, no direct link to markets — and slowly, despair began to replace hope.

But then came a new vision — to unite the farmers, empower them with knowledge and technology, and turn them from laborers into leaders of their own fields.
This vision took shape under the leadership of Mr. Amardeep Kumar, the CEO of Samthu FPO, whose belief was simple yet powerful:

“Villages will change only when farmers change,
